Excellent job completed by Dawid and Matt. They arrived on time, explained the process from beginning to end which was very reassuring! They were so thorough, professional and clearly explained all the aftercare. They emailed and messaged communication inbetween treatments. They were very friendly, professional and approachable. The Pest2Go personnel were delightful to work with - responsive, careful to explain everything clearly about the process of getting rid of ants for the long term, and very personable. Dave and Matt were efficient, and courteous and even kindly offered to help with some furniture moving that was going on at the time. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Matt, for being such a wonderful, friendly and kind individual who helped us and is still helping us remove the rats. He covered all entry points and handled the situation with a lot of professionalism. He came as soon as I called and made me and my mother feel reassured that the problem will be solved. I called them for an issue with rats. They came to take a look the next day and started the treatment the day after. Not only did they remove the rats, they also explained to me how to prevent them coming back in future. Highly recommended.
